This book is aimed at promoting concepts, such as cross-culture negotiation, mediation, the ability to open a dialog with others, and communication, to inform individuals and businesses about these concepts in order to improve their lives. These concepts are available to everyone as tools and skills that foster productivity. We selected essential words and created a verbal document that allowed the artist to think as a cross-culture mediator and to comprehend the concepts. We knew that combining words and art would be something very unique that would catch the attention of people and familiarize them with the concepts mentioned above.
