Mediation Online

Online Mediation is a sub-category of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). The process combines mediation with the application of online technology. Online Mediation is a peaceful procedure to resolve conflicts. It is a voluntary and non-binding negotiation process that occurs outside the courtroom. During Online Mediation, a third impartial and neutral party manages the interaction between disputing parties to ensure constructive negotiation, thus helping the parties to agree on a resolution that is fair, durable, and workable. The parties, not the mediator, create the final decision. The parties play an active role in the process, expressing their frustrations, feelings, and underlying interests. As the parties control the outcome, relationships between the parties is maintained. Online Mediation is not adversarial, and allows parties to achieve a win-win outcome.

International Disputes

The term "international conflict" referred to conflicts between different nation-states and conflicts between people and organizations in different nation-states. When disputes arise between parties in international business transactions, often neither party is comfortable using a foreign court system to resolve their dispute. Therefore, parties entering an international contract may wish to consider alternative methods of resolving disputes without going to court.

Cross- Cultural Disputes

Cross-Cultural dispute means comparing or dealing with two or more different cultures. In international law and business, mediation is the only tool avail¬able that allows people to participate and will ultimately result in a satisfying solu¬tion where diversities are involved. Bridge Mediation seeks to demonstrate the impor¬tance of cross-culture communication/ne¬gotiation and the benefits of being sensitive and mindful of culture differences.

Negotiation Over Medical Bills

Huge medical bills are one of the main reasons that drive people to bankruptcy and about 75% of those who did go on to bankruptcy had insurance at the time. With our current financial melt-down driving more people to be uninsured these figures are sure to be even more tragic. The problem is the amount of time that has passed without disputing the situation with the medical bills. Mediation services are another option to avoid paying over-inflated medical bills.
